These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the HeartFood – Healthy Eating mobile app and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Health Disclaimer
HeartFood provides nutrition guidance and informational content for general wellness. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
2) Subscriptions
HeartFood may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Monthly or Yearly). Subscription pricing and duration are shown in the app before purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s subscription settings after purchase.
- No partial refunds: If you cancel during an active period, you will keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it using automated means, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with security and stability.
4) User Content
If you upload photos (e.g., meals, groceries, labels, menus), you retain ownership of your content. You grant HeartFood permission to process this content only to provide scan results and improve the user experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5) Intellectual Property
The Service, branding, and all related materials are owned by HeartFood or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeartFood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
